This course is devoted to learning how to manage your portfolio, using OPC’s powerful functionality to plan, evaluate and execute project portfolios along global strategies. Discover the multitude of attributes and parameters that allow the user to filter and prioritize projects and explore how to compare portfolios performance and forecast through the use of scenarios. 

The course goes on to show you how to work with strategies to help you to manage your portfolio with confidence. In OPC, strategies can be defined on an enterprise level. For each strategy, goals and criteria can be defined for the evaluation of projects or proposals. Both the setup of the strategies and the process of using strategies in daily business are explained.
