Overview

Our Technical Consultants underpin all the solutions and services offered by RPC, working with and to support the sales team, the support desk and the trainers to ensure that each client is provided with the solution that best meets their needs.

This may mean assistance with sizing an environment, including database, application and even integration or plug-ins, such as Web Services, BI Publisher / Analytics or Gateway. Or it may mean converting a database, migrating a database from one location to another, software upgrades or a full software install on the client’s own environment.

Recent projects have included data migrations from an SQL Server Database to an Oracle Database, transitioning customers from on-premise environments to our RPCHosting cloud hosted solution, or to the Oracle Cloud, or to a new on-premise environment from a client’s previous system and migration from a customer’s on-premise environment to the Microsoft Azure Platform. Whatever your technical requirements, our team has the expertise to help.

The technical consulting team supports the RPC Hosting service and also RPC Support to ensure that technical queries and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. International planning solution for 600+ users

RPC designed and configured a solution to enable the client user base of around 600 users in multiple locations to migrate from Microsoft Project to the latest release of Primavera P6 on the Oracle Cloud. This new planning solution would transform the client's project management capabilities.
