Dear Customer,
With the UK government gradually easing lockdown restrictions, RPCuk is anticipating reopening its Leeds (Guiseley) offices with effect from Monday 6th July 2020.
We are complying with UK government COVID-Secure advice and guidelines and implementing all relevant measures to minimise contamination risks to RPCuk personnel, visitors and delegates. However, we respectfully ask all visitors to adhere to prevailing contamination avoidance precautions.
STAYING COVID-19 SECURE IN 2020
We confirm we have complied with the government's guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
TRAINING
In terms of instructor-led public schedule courses, we are planning to resume in-class, face-to-face training at our Guiseley offices with effect from Monday 6th July 2020. We will, however, also continue to offer web-based tuition and so delegates will, therefore, be able to choose their preferred training delivery modality.
With respect to private event training, clients will, from Monday 6th July 2020, be able to choose to attend our classrooms in Guiseley or opt for one of our trainers to attend site, subject to assurances that their premises are COVID-Secure. Again, we will offer clients technology-enabled tuition delivery as an alternative.
VISITS TO RPCuk OFFICES
Our offices comply with UK government COVID-Secure guidance and so we can accommodate visitors to our Guiseley premises with minimal contamination risk.
VISITS TO CLIENT SITE AND MEETINGS
For consultancy engagements or meetings, if required, our personnel will attend client site subject to assurances that their premises are COVID-Secure. Alternatively, we can accommodate virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams or your preferred collaborative tool.
Similarly, where feasible, we can deliver our services using a relevant combination of collaborative software and remote access to client environments.
We remain committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, partners and clients in everything that we do. As always, we remain committed to supporting your business with unrivalled service and solutions and will continue to monitor the situation and provide you with relevant updates appropriately and promptly.
If you have any questions, please contact us on 01943 222001.
Kind regards
RPCuk
