Learn how to operate the concept of Lean Scheduling in this half day course. The Lean app is based on the Last Planner method. It comprises a Kanban-style task management with an open collaboration with external stakeholders. Tasks can be handled on a graphical surface, updating status or giving additional information to each task. A comprehensive user authorization concept ensures that each user can exactly see and handle the tasks and related information that he is supposed to. Through a dedicated workflow, hand-offs between tasks can be organized. During execution of the project or initiative, the status of each task is transparently tracked and reasons for non-compliance with planned progress are documented.
