Overview

RPC’s agile and efficient Rapid Application Development implementation approach not only minimises risk, but also expedites return on investment by deploying a combined sprint and RAD methodology. Working with the customer, we break down the overall implementation into small packages, or sprints, each one layering on the previous sprint and allowing our team and the client to compress the implementation process into the shortest possible time. During each sprint, a series of workshops allows us to fully define, demonstrate and build out the requirements, enabling the client to see and agree the preferred solution in stages. As our technical consultants take this ‘discovery’ information into the design and build phase, discovery workshops can begin on the next sprint.

Our RAD approach is a collaborative process between RPC and the client. Design workshops are hosted on the RPC environment, avoiding any disruption to the client’s existing working practices. Subject matter experts from within the client’s team are fully involved in the process, enabling them to become Champion Users within their organisation to help to promote the new processes and offer a first line of support to new users once the solution is fully deployed.
