Do you work with NEC4 contracts? If you don’t already, the chances are you soon will, as their use is spreading throughout the construction and engineering industries and beyond, and is increasingly becoming a mandatory requirement on large projects, particularly those that receive public funding.

RPC’s NEC4 Contract Management experts, Chris Woodbridge and Nathan Lambert are sharing their industry insights and experiences with NEC4 in a series of free, web-based, 30-minute lunchtime sessions.

Each session will explore an element of contract management using Oracle’s Primavera Unifier and demonstrate how Unifier, in conjunction with RPC’s Contract Management solution, can help to take the pain out of some of the more complex processes and requirements of ensuring compliance with the NEC4 contract terms.

The webinars are introduced by Chris, followed by a 20-minute presentation on the session topic by NEC4 expert Nathan, with an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Chris Woodbridge

Chris joined RPCuk in 2020, but has been working in the project controls arena for 11 years. The last 8 of these have been spent dealing with software solutions for the likes of Oracle and Aconex, giving him extensive experience across a wide array of organisations within the public and private sectors and across a number of specialist disciplines, such as document control, cost management and change management – predominantly NEC contracts. With this background, he is both excited and well-placed to help RPC to bring their innovative Oracle Primavera Unifier Solution Sets to market. He fully understands the need – common to all industries using NEC4 contracts – for an efficient, trusted and integrated solution that offers compliance, a high level of control, collaborative working practices and a reliable way to mitigate risk and has extensive experience in working with clients to shape the solution that best meets their requirements.

Nathan Lambert

Nathan joined RPCuk in 2021 with 15 years’ experience in the design, development, implementation and support of software solutions for a variety of public and private sector organisations both in the UK and the Middle East. The solutions Nathan has been involved with have been used to assist companies with Project Management, Drawing/Document Management and Planning with a primary focus in recent years on Contract Management specifically NEC4 and FIDIC. Nathan is now able to bring his knowledge and expertise to RPCuk working with customers to understand their requirements and turn them into user friendly solutions within Primavera Unifier and ensuring maximum benefit is received for all stakeholders.
