As a trusted Oracle Partner, RPC was delighted to be asked to support Oracle’s Construction and Engineering sales team in Dublin last week to share our in-depth, hands-on knowledge of the Primavera toolset.
Our very own Peter Gable was invited to return to Dublin to host a hybrid session with Oracle’s Construction and Engineering sales team, both in person and virtually, with the presence of attendees from across EMEA based in Africa, Nordics and the Middle East. This scheduled meeting happens once or twice a year, serving the purpose of keeping Oracle’s sales teams up to date with new products, benefits, and features of the Primavera toolset, as well as ensuring the team are able to answer with confidence the common questions customers may ask when enquiring about Primavera products. Key to the aims of the meeting was bringing the sales team up to speed with the differences between P6 EPPM, PPM & OPC (Oracle Primavera Cloud Service).
Oracle’s Primavera toolset has three options depending on your individual needs, for instance, whether you need a cloud-based solution or to be able to manage cost and risk alongside your schedule and it’s not always obvious to a customer which solution will be right for them. RPC has a lengthy track-record of providing Project Controls solutions to clients in a wide range of industry sectors, from blue chip organisations and public sector bodies down to smaller SME’s and Pete’s in-depth knowledge about how each of the tools can be applied in these different situations made him the ideal person to offer an inside view that will help the sales team to connect with the needs of their customers.
Here at RPC, we are always delighted to be able to share our knowledge about the capabilities and potential applications of the products we’re so excited to work with. Thomas McCabe, Oracle’s account manager took the time out to give us some feedback from Pete’s session last week, “Thanks for your time earlier. The responses from both the in person and online attendees was really positive. Really appreciate you giving us your time and effort.”
We’re proud to be the Primavera experts that even Oracle calls on.
