Our data centre is located in the UK, with backup and storage facility on site. There is a safe and secure backup process, using complete end-to-end encryption, including data at-rest. 

RPCHosting is quick and simple to deploy and is designed for desktop PCs, laptops and mobile devices. As standard, customers have access to P6 EPPM, P6 Professional and Visualizer on the cloud, but on top of this are a range of optional plug-ins, including secure Azure virtual desktop, web services integration and reporting and analytics, to enhance your service.

We offer a multi-tenancy cloud hosted service that can adapt with you: growing as you grow and changing as you change. There are Op-ex or Cap-ex funding options, scalable memory and storage options and yearly updates included, linked to the Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM upgrade cycle.

Supported and secure

RPCHosting is fully supported, with RPC technical support to customers including:

• Client onboarding and familiarisation
• Service Desk support, including incident and problem resolution
• Implementation of agreed patches and changes for fault resolution

Service Desk Support is available between 09.00 and 17.00 (UK time), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with a defined range of target response and resolution times according to the severity of the problem, but our technical support team will always do their best to solve issues in the shortest possible time.

 We chose Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as our hosting platform because it offers a level of security that is second to none. OCI has achieved FedRAMP High JAB P-ATO accreditation from the US Government. Access endpoints are protected by SSL encryption or VPN Tunnels, the infrastructure includes DDoS (distributed denial of service) Protection and Cloud Guard and all data is encrypted both in-transit and at-rest.
