The service is ticket-based and delivered remotely during UK business hours, with designated client personnel able to raise Support Requests directly with the RPC Service Desk by email. From first diagnosis to resolution or mitigation, RPC works in partnership with your team to keep things moving. 

What Can RPC Support Help With? 

RPC Support covers the full spectrum of Oracle Primavera application support, viewed from the user’s perspective. This includes: 

  • Functionality queries and day-to-day user support 

  • Configuration and customisation guidance 

  • Designated Primavera administration activities 

  • Assistance with custom performance reporting 

  • Upgrade advice and version optimisation 

  • Advice on data migrations and system integrations

Clear Scope, Transparent Value 

RPC Support is offered in clearly defined packages, with options providing either 8 hours (Premium) or 4 hours (Support Light) of support to be used over a rolling 12-month period. Many Support Requests are resolved within an hour, delivering excellent value when compared to standard consultancy rates. 

Once support hours are fully utilised, additional packages can be purchased seamlessly - with the option to buy multiple lots to protect against future price increases. Discounts may also be available when combining RPC Support with onsite training or consultancy services

As a Technical Consultant and widely regarded support supremo, Chris brings deep Oracle Primavera expertise, a calm problem-solving approach, and a strong focus on practical outcomes. He’s often the voice clients rely on when challenges are complex and time-critical. 

Steven Rushworth 
Steven joined RPC in 2021 through an apprenticeship opportunity with Shipley College and has grown into a dependable and skilled Support Technician. His hands-on approach and growing depth of Primavera knowledge make him a trusted point of contact for many clients. 

Sam Brown
