RPC named Oracle Global Partner of the Year: Construction and Engineering 

We are excited to announce that RPC has been awarded a prestigious Oracle Global Partner of the Year accolade at Oracle AI World in Las Vegas this week

Three members of the RPC Board of Directors – Managing Director John Lister, Technical Director Dave Hurren, and Solutions Director Nathan Lambert – are at Oracle’s AI World in Las Vegas this week. They are there not just to explore the future of Oracle products and capabilities showcased in the conference, but to accept the Global Oracle Construction & Engineering Industry Solutions Partner Award on behalf of the whole of RPC UK Limited. Winning this global Oracle award is a tremendous honour for our Yorkshire-based consultancy and a real testament to the innovation, hard work, and expertise of our tightly knit team.

WINNER: 2025 Global Oracle Construction & Engineering Industry Solutions Partner Award 

We were nominated for our NEC4 Unifier configuration – not a conventional Construction and Engineering project, but a new globally available product created by RPC and licensed for sale via Oracle themselves. Although RPC works predominantly in the UK, by making this product available through the Oracle price list it gains a global reach and this led us into a hotly contested awards category where we were pitted against organisations and large systems integrators from around the world.

NEC4 Contract Management with Unifier

NEC is the standard contract suite for the UK’s construction, transport, water, nuclear, healthcare and local authority sectors. It is endorsed by multiple UK public bodies and, as it supports multiple project types (design and build, facilities management and more) has a broad reach into the construction and engineering sector. With its strong emphasis on pro-active good project management, the NEC contract suite is mandated on all UK public sector projects, is the default contract option in Hong Kong, is used in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and more, and is seeing government and industry endorsement growing worldwide.

Our nomination was praised in particular for this altruistic element – a product that supports both good project management for its users and good business benefits for RPC, our fellow Oracle Partners and for Oracle itself.

Since the Singapore government adopted the use of NEC contracts, Australian Partner, Prescience Technology, has been working with us to equip themselves to exploit this opportunity. Loretta Bayliss (Founder and CEO) commends RPC’s ‘unwavering commitment to global enablement and international collaboration’. An innovative and impactful solution

With the NEC4 configuration sold as part of the Unifier Accelerator, what we have created is Oracle’s first new out-of-the-box Construction and Engineering product since the launch of Oracle Primavera Cloud. This process has laid the foundations for other Oracle Partners to do the same with solutions built out of their own particular skillsets and expertise: a process fully aligned with the Oracle Construction and Engineering strategy of working with partners to develop rapid deployment industry solutions. Overseen by Joe Castner (VP Global Ecosystems) and his team, this solution – and potentially others like it – feed into the Smart Construction Platform, offering greater depth and capabilities to Oracle customers worldwide, and enabling owners and delivery teams to work together to make data-driven decisions and improve outcomes. 

Because the product features native integration with the full Oracle Primavera suite, it is a powerful and innovative tool in supporting the Oracle mission statement ‘to help people see data in new ways, discover insights and unlock endless possibilities’.
