EVA27 is a two-day, single-track conference that focuses on how we address major project delivery when the stability we have enjoyed for 20 years has vanished overnight. How is the industry coping? The event was set up by Steve Wake in 1996 to promote the use of Earned Value Analysis (EVA) in the UK which became what we know as EVM. Steve has curated and chaired every conference whilst becoming a globally recognised subject matter expert in Project Controls. This is the 27th conference of this kind.
