Yousef Serrag is a Digital Adoption Evangelist at Oracle, working within Oracle University to help organisations move beyond traditional training models and achieve meaningful software adoption at scale. His work focuses on Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and how inapplication guidance can improve user productivity, reduce support overhead, and deliver measurable ROI from enterprise software investments.   

With experience spanning SaaS, enterprise technology, and organisational change, Yousef works closely with customers to align adoption strategies with real business outcomes. He is a regular contributor to Oracle thought leadership on digital adoption and user enablement, advocating for learning in the flow of work rather than reliance on oneoff training events.   

Daniel Bryett – Sales Director, Construction & Engineering, Oracle 

Daniel Bryett is Sales Director for Oracle Construction and Engineering, with a focus on the Oracle Primavera portfolio. He works closely with organisations across infrastructure, construction and engineering to help them modernise project delivery through integrated planning, controls, and enterprise platforms.   

Daniel brings extensive experience in aligning Primavera solutions to realworld delivery challenges, bridging the gap between technology capability and practical implementation. David Hurren – Technical Director, RPC UK Ltd

With more than 15 years’ experience delivering Primavera solutions across sectors including construction, engineering, defence, utilities, and transport, David brings a practitioner’s perspective to adoption challenges.
