This is a senior, customer-facing role that sits at the heart of our continued growth – combining strategic account ownership with hands-on opportunity development and sales leadership. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key customer relationships, primarily within our Aerospace & Defence portfolio, while working across the full spectrum of RPC clients.
You’ll play a critical role in:
Developing and expanding long-term customer accounts
Identifying and progressing new opportunities across consultancy, implementation and support services
Leading opportunities from early engagement through to contract signature
Working closely with our consulting, technical and leadership teams – and in partnership with Oracle – you’ll ensure that opportunities are well qualified, commercially sound and aligned to our proven delivery capability.
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll operate at programme, portfolio and enterprise level, engaging with senior stakeholders and helping to shape how organisations deliver complex programmes.
From leading bid activity and defining commercial propositions, to supporting contract negotiations and deal closure, you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle of opportunity development.
You’ll also play a key role in positioning RPC as a trusted partner, contributing to joint pipeline activity with Oracle and supporting the adoption of solutions based on Oracle Primavera Unifier, P6 EPPM and Oracle Primavera Cloud.

We are looking for someone who can bring:
Proven experience in account management or business development, ideally within Aerospace & Defence
A strong understanding of programme delivery and project controls environments
The ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders in regulated or security-conscious settings
This role requires the successful candidate to be eligible for and willing to undergo UK Security Check (SC) clearance. Eligibility will normally include the right to work in the UK and sufficient UK residency to allow meaningful security vetting.
